You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order will be final and can no longer be returned.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on items with a short date. These are clearly marked prior to sale with BBE / THT in the title, and on the description of the item.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after your cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full value of the items returned. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.

The costs for the return from your home to the web store are at your own cost. Please consult the website of your chosen carrier for the exact rates for this. We strongly suggest that you use the original packaging to return your product, and that the shipment is insured.

Please note. If you do not collect your items from a PostNL (or other) pickup point, they will be returned to us within 7 days. This then counts as a return. The cost for the return will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is received by us - this will be €6,95.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging must be returned to the entrepreneur.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
