PAJZOS - La Bulle (2021)

Our Chardonnay, called "La Bulle", or "The Bubble" in Hungarian, is made according to the French tradition of Méthode Traditionnelle, i.e. fermented in bottle and aged on lees for 19 months. The result is an elegant brut with a richly sparkling finish, whose flavour is most comparable to French Crémant.
This wine is delicious with: Oysters, freshly grilled seafood and sushi. It's also worth trying with forkfuls of breakfast: it's the perfect accompaniment to croissants with fresh strawberries, eggs Benedict or French toast.
