Borbély - Badacsonyi Kéknyelű selection (2021)
Winery: Borbély Pincészet
The wine is typically discreetly perfumed, dry, full-bodied but lively. The "Kéknyelű" is a Hungarikum variety, with less than 50 hectares of the variety in Hungary, mostly in the Badacsony and northern Balaton areas. Thanks to the volcanic soils, this great wine, aged in new oak barrels for 7 months, is characterised by a unique mineral character, lively acidity and noble harmony. Its high potassium content is beneficial for the physiology.
This wine is delicious with: Root vegetable, grill meat, seafood.
Alcohol: 12.5%
