PAJZOS - Hárslevelű Selection (2019)

The wine opens with the lovely, mature aromas typical of lime. Powdery, floral, banana and cantaloupe aromas. On the palate, ripe exotic fruits with yellow flesh, quince compote and apple puree. Smooth finish, roundness, almost creamy texture. Excellent acidity, ripe flavours, full-bodied, serious wine with a long persistent finish. In addition to poultry, pork and veal are great choices, even with a slightly richer sauce or gravy, but feel free to go for more complex dishes. Maturation: in 500 litre one, two and three year old European Kádár oak barrels for 6 months, using the battonage technique.
